Throughout the Year, the Kern County Homeless Collaborative and its member agencies oversee a wide range of special events, projects and programs designed to help further our mission: To put an end to homelessness in Kern County through collaborative planning and action.
Each of these programs is featured separately in this section of our website. Please move your cursor over the "Flagship Projects" tab above to pull up a menu, then click on the project you wish to learn about: SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access & Recovery), the Homeless Census, etc. You may also access this information by choosing from the options under "In This Section" at right.
